The Board of Directors of Ziegler Paper Mill bears the ultimate responsibility for managing the company.
In particular, it is responsible for setting corporate strategy, determining accounting and financing principles, controlling processes by means of appropriate risk management and appointing and overseeing the executive management.
In compliance with legal requirements and the company’s articles of association, the Board of Directors has delegated the running of the company to the executive management.
The members of the Board of Directors are elected by the General Meeting for a period of one year in office. Re-election is possible. The Board of Directors is self-constituting and elects from its members a Chairman and Vice-Chairman and also appoints a Secretary. The Board has no committees.
